Deanna has an extensive background in strategic planning, budgeting, and finance. She has worked with the Gwinnett County Government for over ten years in various capacities including, Business Services Director and Financial Manager at the Department of Water Resources, Financial Supervisor, and Business Officer. She recently managed fiscal matters for the Department of Water Resources at Gwinnett County including $220 million Operating, $200 million Capital, Grant and $200 million revenue budgets; conducted financial reporting including statistical, disclosure, monthly, quarterly and Comprehensive Annual Reporting; developed long term goals and objectives; developed KPI & Metrics; and supervised staff comprised of Customer Service, Call Center, Managers, Supervisors, Technical Specialists, Warehouse Manager, Field Customer Service, Business Services Associates and Financial Analysts.
