Erin is currently involved in an Enterprise Architecture Planning initiative and developing an IT Master Plan for the Cleveland Division of Water. He has also completed projects involving the development of an APTS Comprehensive Plan for a Transit Authority in Tennessee, a Financial System Selection for Housing Corporation, and conducted a Workload Analysis Study for a city agency in Washington State. He has also completed data validation and user acceptance testing for a Work Management System and an EDRMS.
