Georgi Georgiev has a Master's Degree in Public Administration, with a specialization in Human Resource Management, as well as a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.  He has extensive experience in research and statistics.  Georgi recently completed a project for a large transit authority, which involved conducting an assessment of the Fixed Route Scheduling an Runcutting System and the Paratransit Scheduling Services Management System.  Additionally, Georgi has experience working with Water Utilities and County Government.
