Jay holds an MBA degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging Technology and a Bachelors Degree in Physics. Jay is an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of business analysis, project management, strategic marketing, system implementation and training, financial analysis and financial modeling.Jay is currently working on a Pre-ERP implementation project for the Montgomery County in Maryland. He recently completed a Trapeze PASS implementation and training project with the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) where he was responsible for on-site client management, training users on Trapeze PASS modules and preparing an instruction guide for them. Jay has also worked on a Feasibility Study for a Waste to Energy Project for the Cleveland Public Power, where he was responsible for conducting financial analysis and preparing a financial model to test the feasibility of building the Waste-to-Energy facility.
