Mike is presently working in Montgomery County, Maryland on projects related to a 311 Call Center initiative.  Previously, Michael has completed an IT Strategic Plan for the City of Akron and a Work Order and Billing Assessment for the City of Cleveland, Parks and Recreation Department.  Prior to RNR, he worked in the banking and manufacturing fields in an accounting and finance capacity.
