Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Training

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are developed to ensure that business processes are implemented correctly and uniformly. The objective of SOP manuals is to systematically record business processes and procedures. The manual can be used to disseminate knowledge cross–functionally across the organization, ensuring that job knowledge is being shared. RNR Consulting follows a three step process for developing SOPs.

  • Document existing business processes and systems;
  • Create SOP manual based on business practices; and
  • Conduct training to ensure that the manual is properly utilized.
