Summary of Experience:

As the Director Aleksandra is responsible for providing quality assurance to the RNR Consulting projects and for business continuity. During her carrier at RNR Consulting, Aleksandra has assisted her public sector clients’ on variety of strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives. Aleksandra established the RNR Consulting office in Seattle, WA and is focused on expanding the company’s footprint on the West Coast. She has successfully developed business proposals and conducted company presentations that earned loyal long-term clients for RNR Consulting. Aleksandra is also providing comprehensive project management solutions, quality assurance, customer relationship and accounts management.

Aleksandra has managed projects requiring comprehensive knowledge of strategic planning, business process analysis (BPA) and improvement, market research and analysis, performance management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, risk assessment, training, financial analysis, system requirement development, RFP development, software selection and implementation, and customer relationship management.
