Mr. Chege has worked with public authorities and private enterprises assisting them with short and long-term strategic planning, systems selection and implementation, and business process analysis (BPA). He has also completed many projects involving inventory management, and assessment, agency invoicing standards and procedures, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems needs assessment, vendor selection, and process mapping.

Mr. Chege has performed site-based management, skills assessment, and analysis for the recertification of departmental workflows for several leading clients, including Utility Agencies and Housing Authorities. He has extensive experience in business modeling, statistical modeling, process modeling, financial modeling, and market research analysis.
