As the President and CEO for RNR Consulting, Ms. Julius is responsible for daily operations of the organization and client relationship management. In coordination with the Chairman of the Board, Ms. Julius guides and implements the strategic vision of RNR Consulting.

Throughout her career, Ms. Julius acquired extensive experience in the areas of: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), financial and maintenance software selection and implementation, Business Process Analysis (BPA), strategic planning, survey design and implementation, and risk analysis.
