RNR Consulting was retained to supply consulting services to the Lake County Engineer and ultimately the Lake County Commissioners, to perform a project with a scope to compete an assessment of available information concerning the relocation of the following agencies into one building:

1) County Engineer’s Administration Office
2) Soil & Water and Laboratory
3) County Stormwater Office
4) County Building Inspection
5) County Planning Commission

These agencies and offices are currently located in several building locations in Painesville and a few miles outside Painesville. The consolidation into one facility would greatly reduce the amount of time and visits to the various locations for any resident seeking to obtain permits and permission to build a new home, perform a major remodel on their home, develop land, etc.
