RNR Consulting is subcontracting with Municipal & Financial Services Group (MFSG) on a project to develop comprehensive financial plans for the City of Cleveland’s water and Water Pollution Control utilities. DLZ Ohio, Inc. (DLZ) is co-sub contractor with RNR Consulting on this project. RNR Consulting is providing assistance to MFSG on an as needed basis to provide support for completion of rate studies and cost of services studies for the Division of Water and Water Pollution Control. The assistance includes: 

* Data collection primarily from CIS system
* Detailed analysis of customer account and usage information
* Assistance with analytical portions of written reports and presentations
* Assistance in support and completion of public information programs

Also, RNR Consulting will work with MFSG and DLZ to perform the following scope of services for the Water System Expansion Opportunities Study: 

A. Develop Communications Strategy 

MFSG and RNR will develop a communications strategy intended to keep the potentially affected interests fully informed and involved, allowing for pre-decisional involvement and minimizing unwelcome surprises. 

B. Assess Potential Interest in Expansion Opportunities 

RNR Consulting along with MFSG and DLZ will assess the potential interest by the counterparties in pursuing the expansion opportunities. 

C. Compile Detailed Report 

RNR Consulting along with MFSG and DLZ will compile a detailed report of the findings, analysis, recommendations, and implementation plans developed within the scope of work for this task.
