The City of Lancaster contracted with RNR Consulting to develop crystal reports integrated with the newly implemented Hansen database. The project included developing reports for the Engineering, Building and the Transportation Departments and required a study of the Hansen database and development of procedures for continuous use, testing and evaluation of the database for reporting purposes. At the completion of the project, over 20 reports and forms were developed, customized, and tested for accuracy within the respective departments.
