RNR Consulting was retained by the Connecticut chapter of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) to provide consulting services for the development, coordination, and presentation of a Strategic Planning Session for the Executive Board. The planning session was an all day meeting conducted with the entire Board of CONN-NAHRO.

RNR Consulting facilitated the discussions and presented the attendees with the agenda for the day and the project scope, timeline and methodology. A short survey was distributed to the attendees in order to allow each to confidentially voice their opinion regarding the past and future direction, strengths and weaknesses of the organization.

During the planning session facilitated by RNR Consulting, the CONN-NAHRO attendees discussed the current Vision, Mission and Goals and each was given the opportunity to express their Vision for the future and elaborate on the major issues they felt would be facing CONN-NAHRO over the next five (5) years.

RNR Consulting then formalized the entire strategic planning process into a precise format and presented the steps and the conclusions to the Executive Board.
