Development of Crystal Reports for Elite
RNR Consulting was engaged by the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) to design custom reports for the newly implemented Enterprise Software System called Elite. CMHA was in the process of switching from their legacy enterprise system called ECS, to Elite. The Elite software did not capture all of CMHA’s reporting requirements, which generated the need for customized reports. RNR Consulting utilized a report writing tool, Crystal Reports, to create the templates for the required customized reports in the Elite system.
