Development of Customer Service and Marketing Plan and Employee Morale Survey
RNR Consulting was engaged by the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) to develop a Customer Service and Marketing Plan to also include an Employee Morale Survey. RNR Consulting interviewed and surveyed customers at SARTA’s three (3) locations, in addition to customers riding the various SARTA bus routes. RNR Consulting compiled the information from these surveys and developed a detailed report. In addition to the Customer Survey, RNR Consulting developed an Employee Morale Survey that was given to both union and non-union employees. The information gathered from both surveys allowed SARTA to improve customer service (external focus) and employee job satisfaction (internal focus).
