RNR Consulting was engaged to develop a disaster recovery plan for the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA), which delineated daily activities into mission critical, business critical, and operational activities, and employee roles and responsibilities in the event of a disaster. We developed this plan by incorporating FTA recommendations for Critical Incident Management Plans and industry best practices. This plan continues to serve SARTA as a “living” document and is updated periodically based upon changes in the business environment.
