EDMS Selection and Implementation for the Engineering Division
The Engineering Division at the City of Lancaster engaged RNR Consulting to assist in the implementation of an Electronic Document Management System. RNR Consulting’s primary responsibilities included project management, vendor management, contract review and budget management. In addition, RNR Consulting provided technical support by defining document sizes, document indexes, document titles, and document attributes. Upon completion of the document scanning, RNR Consulting acted as a liaison between the client and the Information Technology Department to facilitate the upload of scanned documents and indexes. This included running test scenarios, quality checks, and providing quality assurance procedures.
