Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation
RNR Consulting conducted numerous activities and analyses for Jefferson Memorial Hospital to assess the business processes, and to identify the changes in these processes after implementation of the ERP system. RNR Consulting then performed quantitative and qualitative cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the potential systems. Furthermore, we conducted change management and executive management surveys to gauge potential issues that may need to be addressed to adapt to a new system and business process flow. Overall, the new ERP system resulted in significant cost savings and improved inventory management.
