Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Post-Implementation

After the ERP system implementation, and after training of the AVTA staff and employees, AVTA realized the need for post-implementation services. Those services came as a result of unexpected organizational change at the Authority, which included hiring of new employees, and change of business processes directly related to the ERP system implementation. RNR was contracted to conduct further configuration and set-up assistance for the ERP system, re-engineering business processes to monitor and control the financial operations within the new organizational structure, training new employees, importing historical data into the ERP database, and creating process flowcharts and policies for various functionalities (such as purchasing and AP), and workflow management.
