RNR Consulting was commissioned by the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) to manage a fixed route scheduling and run-cutting software implementation to increase the efficiency of the scheduling process at TARTA. Throughout the implementation, RNR Consulting provided contract review and negotiation services including the development of negotiation points, managed the software installation and configuration process, provided quality assurance for training sessions, developed detailed training notes, assisted TARTA with completing data development, and reviewed vendor deliverables to ensure compliance with TARTA standards and requirements.

During the remainder of the project, RNR Consulting tested the interfaces between various modules in the system, develop acceptance testing scripts, conduct acceptance testing, provide additional training as needed, and manage the transition from a parallel system environment to full utilization of the new system in a “Live” environment. After “Go-Live,” RNR Consulting conducted periodic post-implementation reviews.
