RNR Consulting was engaged by the United Way of Greater Cleveland to conduct research and provide analyses of the allocation of their budget. RNR Consulting facilitated discussions and activities between our team and various United Way Investment Committees, and examined literature pertinent to those committees to understand how statistical data influences United Way’s system of allocating funds. In order to determine the importance of various factors, we analyzed how different variables could contribute to the demand of services provided by the United Way. The research we produced offered accurate, dependable, and accessible data. RNR Consulting provided clear goals and desired deliverables to the United Way Services Investment Committee. To accomplish this task, RNR Consulting proposed and prepared a survey, and conducted telephone discussions, interviews, and focus groups.

We also conducted research and regression analyses to modify and align funding based upon the United Way data. RNR Consulting successfully performed and maintained a vital role to ensure the timely completion of the research project.
