As a part of Information Technology Consulting, RNR Consulting assisted the city of Compton in conducting a comprehensive assessment of the City’s Information Technology infrastructure. The assessment included a detailed analysis of existing hardware and software, and an evaluation of the capabilities for meeting the needs of the City’s business processes and future endeavors across all departments. Our consulting services included conducting a current needs assessment for achieving the City’s future goals, identifying existing problem issues in the IT environment, and recommending potential hardware/software system solutions to meet the business needs of the City. RNR Consulting developed business process realignment recommendations, and short-term and long-term IT recommendations that aligned with the City’s goals and vision. We also developed detailed action steps to allow for successfully implementation of our recommendations.
