Integrated Business System Selection and Implementation- Financials and Maintenance/Inventory System

RNR Consulting was engaged by the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) to assist in the selection and implementation of an enterprise-wide business system, including a Financial System and a Maintenance/Inventory System. The implementation of the system resulted in streamlined business operations and functions via one system and reduced costs in terms of operations for SARTA. SARTA procured a leading financial system for medium-sized organizations and a Fleet Maintenance system. The financial system was integrated with the Materials and Maintenance Management system. Furthermore, RNR Consulting was asked to oversee the training of employees on the new system after implementation.
