RNR Consulting, in conjunction with the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) Parts Department personnel, performed a thorough physical inventory count of the TARTA stockroom. Maintaining control of inventory levels is an essential step toward gaining efficiency within a transit organization. Throughout the course of this project, we counted the stockroom, trained the parts department on the functionalities of Maximus with which they should work, and assisted with the upload of inventory information into Maximus. Before the project was complete, we verified all inventory counts and uploaded the information again.
