Inventory Management Assessment

RNR Consulting is currently working on a project involving a full study of the DWR Central Warehouse and the inventory practices at all remote DWR facilities.  This project will be coupled with an analysis of the existing Work Order flow, to provide recommendations for a new process and/or Work Order Management software.
