RNR Consulting was contracted in the midst of a technology upgrade at AVTA. RNR Consulting conducted detailed analyses of AVTA’s current processes and delineated “As-Is” process maps. Based upon the “As-Is” process maps, we recommended “To-Be” process maps to help improve the regular tasks and functions at AVTA. RNR Consulting also conducted a detailed systems audit of the current applications in place at AVTA, and developed an Application Architecture depicting the interactions of the various applications. Based upon the activities conducted and a thorough understanding of the vision and mission of AVTA, RNR Consulting recommended software and systems to be implemented by AVTA, with detailed timelines to help achieve its goals in an efficient and cost effective manner.
