Interactive Voice Response System Implementation
After successfully assisting the County of Riverside with the selection and procurement of an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, RNR Consulting was engaged to assist the County with the system implementation in the Treasurer Tax Collector and Assessor Clerk Recorder departments. As part of this initiative, RNR Consulting assisted the County with system implementation procedures such as vendor management, installation, acceptance testing, go-live, and post implementation support.
