RNR Consulting assisted with the implementation of Spear Technology’s maintenance and materials management system for CATS in a phased approach at two (2) facilities. RNR Consulting was engaged to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget, and that the vendor delivered per contract. We successfully implemented the system at a new maintenance facility (System went Live on April 1, 2005), and we defined the interface with the Track Engineering automated fueling system. The second facility went live on May 18, 2005. RNR Consulting has also implemented this system for the maintenance of Transit Amenities, which went live in October 2005.
