Management of a SAP-ISU Post Implementation Assessment and Resolution of Outstanding Issues
The Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (DWR) in Lawrenceville, Georgia was engaged in an organization wide customization of their SAP software solution. During the initial implementation, DWR faced issues related to limited resources. Specific, and of immediate concern to DWR were issues regarding billing and report generation. DWR hired technical experts and RNR Consulting to serve as project managers for the SAP issue resolution. RNR Consulting’s involvement included development of a protocol to solve the Utility billing issues by analyzing processes, providing a framework for measurable success, and developing a functional SAP team. RNR Consulting also assisted DWR in addressing change management problems and other issues as they arose. Our involvement included but was not limited to the following activities:
