RNR Consulting partnered with Dye Management Group, Inc. as a subcontractor for the Maryland State Highway Administration to provide business analysis support for the Planning and Requirements Definition and a Test and Evaluation Master Plan for the Materials Management System. The scope of work included:

• Assisting with completing of the Project Management Plan
• Conducting and documenting user interviews
• Documenting As-Is work flows using swim lane diagrams and accompanying narratives
• Developing initial drafts of To-Be process flows using swim lane diagrams and supporting narratives
• Leading and assisting with workshops to validate To-Be work flows
• Finalizing To-Be work flows
• Developing system requirements
• Assisting with development of the Test and Evaluation Master Plan

This project will be adhering to the Maryland State System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for major projects.
