As a first step towards successfully executing this project, RNR Consulting conducted interactive sessions with key Ellipse users within CWD to accurately gauge user requirements. User requirements were then matched against the comprehensive system requirements documented in Phase I of this engagement. On behalf of CWD, RNR Consulting actively participated in the Upgrade Planning Study led by Mincom, ensuring that CWD’s expectations for the upgrade were being met. During this activity, RNR Consulting functioned as an integral part of the CWD team to assure that the Upgrade Planning Study included those activities explicitly requested by CWD. RNR Consulting’s involvement throughout the project enabled CWD to effectively manage the Upgrade Planning Study. Furthermore, the project aided in gaining insights into the technical and functional requirements of the Ellipse upgrade.
