RNR Consulting conducted a 10-year historical analysis of the Hope VI funded Mirasol housing development for the San Antonio Housing Authority (SAHA). Within this analysis, RNR Consulting determined the historical span of control of operational directors and analyzed complete project budgets and expenditures to build and repair the homes.

RNR Consulting developed a final report for the SAHA Board of Commissioners, focusing on budget and expenditures, project management, general policies and procedures. In addition to key historical findings, RNR Consulting presented best practice recommendations for each section of the report. Also included in the final report were high level recommendations for marketing of the Mirasol development.
