RNR Consulting was engaged in performing an assessment of Cleveland Water Department's (CWD) Electronic Content Management system, OnBase®, to ensure that the City of Cleveland is fully utilizing the application. CWD utilizes this system to manage daily business processes and provide document and records management. As part of this engagement, RNR Consulting conducted a detailed systems audit to ascertain the utilization levels of the system and make recommendations to allow CWD to enhance usage of the OnBase system. Ultimately, this project enabled CWD to gain an accurate understanding of the capabilities of the system, levels of current utilization, possible future enhancements and upgrades available, and industry best practices for Electronic Content Management.
