RNR Consulting participated with the Trapeze Software Group at Metro Atlanta Rapid Transportation Authority (MARTA) for a Regional Trip Itinerary Planning web application implementation. As a result of this implementation, MARTA will create a web-based application that allows for trip planning not only within the Metro-Atlanta area, but also for the other regional transit authorities. Specifically for this implementation, RNR Consulting assisted with project management tasks, development of supporting deliverables such as the Knowledge Transfer and Training Plans, and the performance of regional training activities.
