Revisit IT Strategic Plan
Following development of AVTA’s IT Strategic Plan in 2005, RNR Consulting revisited the IT Strategic Plan in 2007 to ensure the technology architecture improvement timeline which we had proposed was still allowing AVTA to remain current with it’s technology improvements initiative. Based upon improved technology, RNR Consulting modified the “To-Be” maps, developed in 2005, to integrate with new processes. RNR Consulting also conducted a detailed systems audit of the current applications in place at AVTA, and developed a revised Application Architecture incorporating the interactions of the applications. Based upon the activities conducted and a thorough understanding of the vision and mission of AVTA, RNR Consulting revised the IT Strategic Plan for future technology improvements initiatives and provided recommendations to implement these improvements.
