RNR Consulting was contracted by the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) to conduct training and provide support for the Maintenance Department. The scope of work included conducting a system audit on Maximus FA, developing training material specific to maintenance operations, conducting one-on-one training for each maintenance employee, documenting issues, recommendations and action steps and working with SARTA members to resolve all outstanding issues that surfaced. Some of the issues which were resolved included ensuring that reports were pulling from correct tables, customization of supervisors reports, and checklists printed in conjunction with work orders.
