RNR Consulting subcontracted with Smart & Associates to assist in the training of the users of the PeopleSoft application at the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA). Among other activities, RNR Consulting developed the training database and scheduled the training of all of the Authority’s users prior to “Go-Live” and immediately following “Go-Live.” We also assisted in Role Mapping of all of the end users for the eighty-four (84) roles developed for PeopleSoft training, and mapped the appropriate courses for each user based upon the Role Mapping document.
