RNR Consulting was contracted by Veolia Transportation to conduct a comprehensive training sessions of Trapeze OPS for dispatchers and road supervisors. Prior to the training session, RNR Consulting performed a thorough review of the existing union contract and the Wage Order 9 rules of California. Following the union agreement review, RNR Consulting and Veolia analyzed pay rules, payroll codes and ancillary data in the Trapeze OPS, and designed a comprehensive training curriculum. Simultaneously, RNR Consulting created a detail training plan accommodating availability of dispatchers and road supervisors to manage daily operations. The training helped all Trapeze OPS users to ensure the correct method of entering information and to manage daily operations efficiently and cost-effectively. Additionally, RNR Consulting helped Veolia to optimize the functionality of various modules in OPS.
