Trapeze Pass Implementation Assistance

Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) commissioned RNR Consulting to assist in the implementation of Trapeze PASS for Toledo Area Regional Paratransit Services (TARPS). The project involved transitioning TARTA’s existing scheduling system to Trapeze PASS and moving their operation from a third-party provider to their in-house facility. RNR Consulting participated and provided support throughout the project’s implementation phases including Training, Trip Booking for Go Live, Go Live, and Post-Go Live. RNR Consulting’s approach consisted of taking exhaustive notes during training, ensuring that all user concerns were being addressed, helping cleaning up of client data files and conducting client data entry, creating cheat-sheets for booking trips and assisting Reservationists, Dispatchers, Schedulers and Operations Managers with gaining expertise in Trapeze PASS usage. The final deliverable for the Project included the Trapeze PASS User Instruction Guide, prepared by RNR Consulting which consists of step-by-step instructions and tips on the topics covered during the implementation.
