Rahim Inc. (d/b/a RNR Consulting) seeks Senior Manager in Cleveland, OH (and other U.S. locations as needed).

Forecast monthly staffing levels, billing, and cash flows. Develop and evaluate performance metrics for project managers and consultants. Participate in staff selection, recruitment, hiring, and training. Update executive leadership team weekly on status of projects, staffing, sales projections, and new business opportunities. Provide quality assurance, guidance, and support on Requests for Proposals, Scopes of Work, presentations, and project deliverables. Assist with project budgeting and reviews, and mentor staff on project budgeting. Work with clients and vendors to increase company's profitability. Support Business Development Office by seeking out new business opportunities through networking and relationship building. Develop and maintain business relations with customers and vendors. Negotiate with clients and vendors on behalf of company. Review and approve contracts, task orders, and sub-contractor agreements.

Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration plus 2 years of experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite. Must have experience with business analytics utilizing either or all of the following statistical software applications: Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), MATLAB, etc. Must have working experience in Enterprise Resource Planning Environments (ERP) such as AS400, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, SCADA, etc. Must have experience in project management skills such as development of project plans; project execution, monitoring, and control; earned value analysis; project evaluation and review techniques (PERT); and project budget management. Must be willing to travel as required.
